Deposits
Tentative dates may be reserved for seven (7) days without obligation. However, if at any point another client requests the same date the first client will be given a 24 hour notice to provide the appropriate deposits and sign a contract. After the 24 hours of notice the first party to provide required deposits and sign a contract will acquire that date.
A non-refundable fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to confirm the day and must accompany a signed contract. The balance of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to the event.

Refunds
Late Booking
A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required thirty (30) days prior to the event. The damage deposit will be returned to you if there are no damages, missing items, extended cleaning times, or unusual cleaning charges following the inspection of Cherry Blossom after the event.
In the event of cancellation, the $200.00 damage deposit will be returned to you within thirty (30) days. However, the rental fee will be returned only if the day and time can be re-booked.
Rental fee for events booked less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will be collected in total along with the damage deposit.
Parking
Parking on street and rear parking lot via alleyway at rear entrance. Parking space available directly behind Cherry Blossom for loading and unloaduing only.
